Short answers for hosts and guests, and a person to write to for anything else.

Write to [email protected]. A person reads every email.

A guest's link won't open: It opens in any phone browser, with no app and no account. Check the whole link came through, like hearhear.to/sam: a link cut short in a message is the usual cause. If it still won't open, send us the link.
Printing the door sign: Print it from your event in the app, on A4 or Letter, in one colour. Guests scan its code with their phone's camera to send something in, even before you pay.
Paying and receipts: Your card statement shows EMPYREAL* HEAR HEAR. The receipt comes by email as soon as the payment goes through. If the same event is paid for twice, say from two tabs, the second payment is refunded automatically.
Removing something someone sent: The host and co-organisers can remove anything sent to the event, and it comes off the quiz and the keepsake at once. A guest can delete what they sent. Any guest can report something, and three reports take it off the keepsake until an organiser looks at it.
Deleting an event, or your account: From your events at hearhear.to/account. Deleting an event deletes it and its keepsake for everyone. Deleting a paid event before we start making its questions gives you its credit back to use on another event. Deleting your account deletes every event you own and their keepsakes for everyone, co-organisers and guests included.
Credits: A credit comes back to your account when you delete a paid event before we start making its questions. It never expires, and it pays for one other event in place of checkout, whatever currency paid for it. Only the event's owner can spend it.
What a co-organiser can do: A co-organiser can do everything except pay for or delete the event, and can't spend the owner's credits. They can leave the event, but only the owner can remove other organisers.
Saving the keepsake: Anyone who can open the keepsake can choose Save everything to download every photo, memory and toast on it in one file. No account needed.
Can I get a refund?: Write to [email protected] before we start making your event's questions and you get a full refund. An event paid with a credit can't be refunded.
